How Much Does It Cost?
The cost of an EyeMaster Photo Montage is only 300.00
for up to 100 pictures! Each additional picture is $2.00. You will receive 2
DVD copies. Payment may be made by credit card, cash, check or money
order.

instructions below.
Step 1
Number your photographs. (Do not write
directly on the pictures! )
Step 2
Select your
top three musical selections (title and artist) and write them down on a piece
of paper.
Step 3
Write down an opening title page of up to 10
words. Ex. "My Fathers Retirement Party".
Step 4
Mail photos
along with payment to: EyeMaster . 8630 M. Guilford Road Suite 191. Columbia,
MD 21046.
Step 5
Allow 7 - 10 days and your photo montage as
